The staff helped with train times to Dublin City and suggested attractions to visit I received assistance with luggage The staff was friendly and outgoing. The staff provided excellent recognition.
The TV did not connect to my screen cast so I couldn't really use it The channels were hard to navigate I wanted a harbour view.

Fantastic Staff and Great Breakfast!
excellent staff complete breakfast amazing bed easy navigation
The staff was excellent. The breakfast was VERY complete! I found the bed to be amazing. It was easy to navigate with a car because it is just outside of the busy tourist area.
The hotel's own carpark charges fees, even . This was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is near enough the high street, so the position is very good for accessing local amenities. Two parking areas are situated close to the building. This adds greatly to its appeal, especially for drivers.

The rooms are clean and quiet, I appreciated this. The room featured its own heating regulation. This was super! Modern bathroom facilities are included. I found them well-kept and very practical.

The location was quite convenient for exploring. The hotel is near the main attractions and public transportation. My room was clean and tidy upon arrival (I stayed for several days). The staff at reception were helpful with directions.
The in-room coffee was quite weak and not very flavorful. The gym equipment needs updating. One of the treadmills was out of service. My room overlooked a parking area, not very visually appealing (perhaps some greenery would help).
